Bread is a site devoted to documenting my nights out in Cape Town. With me, Danimal, doing both photography and writing. I started this blog to create an archive of my nights out which I usually would have never remembered. The blog is for myself and my friends. Enjoy

This is so fucking boring, seriously, do you think anybody gives the smallest shit what a bunch of high school kids do on their Friday night? No. No, they don't. Why don't you guys spend less time studying ID and Visionaire and more time studying for your prelims and going to school dances, like normal teenagers. If I have to see one more underage girly in her bra spilling her drink all over my shoes at evol I might vomit.

And before I'm lambasted with the "then don't fucking read it" comeback, I'd like to point out that this link was posted on (many) [grown-up] friends' facebook walls, much to our sniggery delight.

Seriously, do yourself a HUGE favour and come back when you're A) of age, and B) less boring/doing something of actual substance with your life. You're drawing all the wrong attention to yourselves. Once a douche, always a douche in this city.

I would also lie with my legs crossed on the dashboard and hair flowing out of the car door, but it just doesn't look that comfortable.

too little time in life to read the blog cos ur life seems like everyone else our age, photos aren't bad but every night starts to look like the rest. all we do is go different places and get drunk, take a few supposedly arty photos of apparently edgy dressed 'trying-to-be-different-but-makes-us-all-the-same' people, then post it to our blogs, facebook, whatever. edit some photos make them have a point rather than just saying what u did the night before, read something inspirational, comment, do whatever the fuck u like. go to http://we-are-awesome.com/blog/ because they what led me to ur site and they what a blog should be. Just do what you love and fuck everything else. peace.

so you saw a blog posted on someone's wall.. then looked through the photos and saw it was a bunch of kids. yet you still had the time to read through everything and complain? are you that fucking retarded? that's like me getting offered sex that i don't want then i actually go through with it and complain afterwords. you're a fucking idiot. piss off.

hahahahahahah to that first post. Dude whoever you are, get a life. accept the fact that people are gonna do whatever the fuck they wanna do, and they're going to enjoy it without you, and if you don't dig it, go live in pofadder and stop pestering us.

@1:32 PM

so you're the kind of asshole that complains about stuff and has never read/watched/tasted/listened/experienced it?

kudos to you, brah.

You guys can't be so naive to think that if you're posting something onto a public forum, that people won't react/have opinions. Grow up and learn to take it in your stride.

Grow up? These kids are still wiping amniotic fluid off their faces.

Fun blog, nice to have memories and hilarious little snippets - so good to look back on later in life when you're as boring and up-your-own-arse as "Anonymous" at the top. ;)

Please check your spelling and grammar errors as they sap credibility from your supposedly arty adventures and commentary.
thanks.

Unfortunately, for some or other reason, I cannot comment on your latest post. I'm just interested to know what watering is? A far as I know the only watering that I've ever done has to do with a hose and a pot plant.

I do not know who is paying you to water, nor did I know it was a proper job.

Also, you seem very confident in asking that "door lady", "out on a date". Nice one. I wish I could have a job as a "waterer" AND have confidence like that at the same time.

Jokes aside. My verdict on this blog is as follows:

It's a narcissistic commentary disguised as self-expression.

Unfortunately, judging by the quality of your writing, you may not understand what I just said.

P.S Just in case somebody decides to ask me why I read that blog entry if I didn't enjoy it, try think of it this way; have you ever sat down in front of the TV and discovered possibly the worst movie ever produced, but somehow you kept watching just because you can't actually believe how bad it is.
That's this blog.

ok. ok. ok.ok.ok
i have something to say.

all of the hater.YOUR ALL IDIOTS...its a fucking blog. ok. if you don't dig it. cool. awesome. rad.go fuck yourself whatever. if ur so upset withhfnf all the spellllign errorrrs then yoou to can alsso Fck of.

let me ask you this question, what makes you so special. what are you doing with your life? oh ja your sitting behind your apple mac book pro and tuning young naive kids?? dude, grow up. the first poster and the last who calls it an narcissistic commentary disguised as self expression? well dude who the fuck are you? the thing i hate most about cape town is all this angst against other people who do what they want to do. and they feel they can express their opinion because its going to be anonymous. well you have a right to an opinion. and this is my opinion to of you. please just stop the hate and provide a little constructive critique instead of the negative 'let me point out how superior i am ' attitude. I dig this blog cause its for him, and its not for any one else, if your interested then cool, read it. if you hate it then also cool. But as far as making assumptions of people, people you dont even know, thats called generalizing, so last poster and the first, i think your incredibly sad individuals that probably sell insurance for a living or something, DANIMAL, keep pissing these dickheads off, because they deserve to be pissed off.

and if anyone has something to say or whatever im open to it. it would be hypocritical to not leave my name here i guess, or would that be narcissistic?

As is obvious, the enabling of comments on one's blog invites both negative and positive feedback. If your opinion tends in support of this blog, that's awesome, but there is no call to attack those with rather critical views.

Further, there is no need for rudeness, name-calling and endless invitations to 'fuck off' and 'fuck yourself', or any other relative for that matter. With my spelling comment, I was merely pointing out that if you are going to broadast your adventures on the internet, which you are perfectly free and welcome to do, the people who are educated enough to recognise spelling and grammar errors in these blog entries lose faith in the writer! A blog is like a book and each entry a new chapter--you need to win over the reader if you want them to keep reading! Your comment too, Luke Stroebel, was full of errors besides those intended in your sentence where you suggested I 'fck of' (hilarious by the way). Best get that straightened out if you have any future study or career prospects.

But then im hyper-sensitive.
